Exciting Changes to Jets Live Programs

Posted Sep 5, 2013

A day after the Jets open the regular season at home against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, our regular season live programming kicks off with a special “Jets Replay” installment. The NYJets.com show, which commences at high noon on Monday, will serve as both a review of Week 1 action and a preview of Thursday night’s divisional tilt against the Patriots in New England.

Then once we reach Week 3, our customary regular season schedule will be introduced as “Replay” will air on Mondays at noon and JTL will broadcast on Thursdays immediately after Rex Ryan’s 2:00 PM news conference.

We have made a few major upgrades to both web shows. Our new NYJets.com reporter, who was selected with the help of our partner Monster.com, will join me during our live broadcasts. And in addition to taking Twitter questions from Jets Nation, we will talk to you over the phones for the first time. I will tweet out the number Monday morning and you can dial us up on Mondays and Thursdays.

Essentially “Jets Replay” will be your game review complete with game highlights, locker room sound, exclusive interviews and stats recaps. And “Jets Talk LIVE” will be your game preview examining the upcoming matchup with exclusive 1-on-1s, locker room sound and a look at some of the keys to the game.

So set your calendars. Tweet me @eallenjets and the phone number will be released before Monday's show! We will be more live than ever in 2013.
