Dixon, a 5’11”, 203-pounder who had six interceptions and 22 pass defenses in two seasons at Northwest Missouri State, posted a 4.41-second 40 time at the NFL Combine.

Dixon, who was the first of the Jets' four Round 6 selections, was the second CB of the Green & White’s 2014 draft class. Maryland CB
“Rex Ryan is going to love me,” Dixon told newyorkjets.com after being drafted. “He is going to love the way I get physical with receivers at the line of scrimmage.”
