How to: Improve Your Workouts

Our 2014 Pro Bowl Cheerleader Laura demonstrates her favorite core strengthening exercise. WATCH NOW for a favorite Jets Flight Crew ab routine!

1. Lay down on the mat holding the pilates ring
2. Put legs at a 90 degree angle and reach back with arms
3. Come forward and extend legs at a 45 degree angle
4. Open out and reach the ring through the center of the body
5. Repeat for 8 times
